Digital support today. A whole workplace tomorrow.
Brezel aims to bring business software, AI and communication closer together. The next major idea is a workplace that connects the company, its people and authorised tools from the outset.
Future vision · not available as a current feature · no release or package commitment
01 /
The business platform is the foundation.
Modules, structured records, roles, workflows and AI support form the base. The future vision builds on that context rather than simply adding another communication channel alongside it.
Current bookable services are described on the pricing and product pages. Future topics here are not additional promises included in the Cloud price.

This diagram explains the relationship. It is not a live view or a commitment to future features.

Brezel OS: a workplace that knows the company.
The vision is a lightweight Linux workplace: sign in to find the right modules, colleagues and personal assistant. Applications are assigned by role and centrally managed.
The operating system is intended to work with central company services. Existing or older devices could remain useful where technically suitable. No specific hardware support or available OS distribution is promised yet.
03 /
Telephony: conversations belong with the case.
Plans include bringing calls closer to messages, tasks and company information. This covers conversations between people, direct calls to a personal assistant and, in time, agents making and receiving calls.
A call must not bypass governance: authority, identity, permitted content and approvals still apply. External telephony also depends on suitable providers, legal conditions and integration.
04 /
On premise as a foundation for local AI.
A local system is already the deployment option offered on request. Model deployment is separate: today’s on-premise system still uses an external European language model service.
Local AI operation is planned once models are capable and suitable for the intended tasks. Availability, supported hardware and included upgrades are not yet committed.

What remains deliberately open.
The source material also describes role-based knowledge, the learning loop, decision views and controlled extensions. These evolve with product maturity and practical requirements.
We do not give binding launch dates, prices or package commitments for the operating system, telephony or local AI. The vision explains direction; specific offers define what is actually available.
