Do we need our own AI experts?
You do not need specialist AI knowledge to begin. Start with a practical task, such as drafting a reply. Set up the relevant information, permissions and approvals. Partners can help with integrations and individual requirements.
What happens as our team grows?
Brezel Cloud costs €199 per month excl. VAT for your whole company. More employees do not add licence fees. Included AI usage is defined by the package; extra usage is available at additional cost.
Is AI usage unlimited?
No. Setup and a monthly AI usage allowance are included. Additional AI usage can be purchased as needed. The specific allowance is shown before booking.
What does on premise mean today?
The Brezel system runs on a local system at your premises. It currently still uses an external European language model. Local AI is a planned future extension and is not included today. Pricing is available on request.
Is our data used to train the model?
Your company data is not used to train the underlying AI model. A data processing agreement is provided for processing on your behalf. You must configure access and permitted content for your organisation.
